Overview
Part of the resourcing team providing end to end direct recruitment support to our Maintenance hiring managers. The role will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs. The Resourcing Advisor will also assist managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice.

Qualifications and Experience
* At least 6 months of recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency environment.
* Experience recruiting for maintenance positions is desirable but not essential.
* Experience with stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across departments within a service capacity.
* Seniority/experience level: Entry, Junior.

* Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels.
