We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Renault/Dacia branch in Preston.
What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. You’ll help customers find the right car based on their needs and build strong, positive relationships through every step of the process.
Responsibilities
- Helping customers find the right car, based on what they need
- Delivering outstanding 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for anyone who walks through the door
- Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list
- Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
- Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
- Working as part of a dynamic team to make sure deadlines are met and guarantees are delivered
- Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience
Skills and Qualities
- Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills – we want people who love what they do!

- Being organised and remembering little details to deliver promises and exceed expectations
- Desire to have a lasting and fulfilling career
- Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
