Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire your own team
2. Make a difference to the lives of children
3. Supervise and manage staff
4. Ensure compliance with Ofsted Inspections
5. Provide high-quality care for children and young people with learning disabilities
Requirements
6. A minimum of 5 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
7. At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff
8. NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce
9. LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
10. A "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within your recent Ofsted Inspections
