Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help create a nurturing learning environment for our pupils.

Hours: Part-Time (mornings only)
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Support pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs
* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) are desirable
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
