Relevant experience in luxury hotels or similar 5* hotels — especially at high-end properties. * Previous work in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or housekeeping is a strong advantage. * Customer Service & Communication * Excellent English communication skills — spoken and often basic written. * A warm, professional and guest-focused approach with impeccable manners is essential * Physical Fitness & Stamina * The role is physically demanding — lifting luggage, walking floors, moving furniture and stock. * Good physical condition and ability to be on your feet for long periods. * Flexibility * Flexible working hours — including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays — are typical. * Willingness to assist with various duties beyond core tasks when needed
