About the Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5 within your specialist subject.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow each school's policies and procedures.
Support students' learning and ensure a positive, productive classroom environment.
Enjoy the variety of working across different school settings, including large academies and smaller community schools.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to explore a range of educational environments and find the setting that best suits your teaching style.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
Two suitable references covering the last two years
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
Reliability, flexibility, and confidence across different classroom environments
