Make a difference as a People Development Systems Administrator
At PGL, we're all about helping people grow - and that includes our team. As our People Development Systems Administrator, you'll make sure our learning and performance platforms (Strive and Perform) run smoothly and support our people every step of the way.
You'll manage day-to-day system operations, support users, deploy content, and keep data accurate - all to create a seamless experience. You'll also lead the performance management cycle, making sure goals, reviews and development plans are tracked and supported.

Is this you?
* Professional experience in Learning Management systems management (preferably Cornerstone).
* Strong understanding of learning technologies and digital learning environments.
* Experience managing digital learning content (SCORM/xAPI, video, interactive modules).
* Demonstrated ability to improve system processes, streamline workflows or enhance system efficiency.
* Have delivered impactful reports or dashboards that enabled better decision-making by leadership teams.
* Have played a key role in implementing or upgrading an LMS system, ensuring it met business needs and was delivered on time.
