SEN Teacher - Inspire Change, One Student at a Time
Location: Richmond and surrounding areas (case dependent)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)
Role Type: One-to-One Teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

What You'll Be Doing
1. Creating Safe Learning Environments: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.
2. Delivering Bespoke Education Plans: Adapt your teaching to meet each learner's individual strengths and challenges.
3. Partnering with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up approach to support.
4. Fostering Confidence and Progress: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic success.
5. Leading by Example: Model positive behaviours and values that promote lifelong learning and personal growth.
What You'll Bring
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)
2. Minimum of two years' teaching experience
3. Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
4. Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4
5. Excellent English skills and a background in SEN education
6. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
7. Legal right to work in the UK
8. A solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
