The Learning Academy Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our Trust. This is a crucial role to support our School Trust, where you will get a chance to achieve a real sense of personal fulfilment knowing that what you do has a direct impact on the lives of our children.

Our academies are unique and are the heart of their local communities; the schools work closely as an exceptional values-led family with a shared mission to enable Flourishing Futures for every child. We work together to build a caring, inclusive community, in which we can all grow and flourish by putting children at the heart of all that we do.

You will work closely with our Operational Estates Supervisors and Estates Lead, to ensure the highest quality environments and facilities that fully support the teaching and learning of our children, whilst implementing innovative systems that enable long term sustainability of our buildings. You will lead your team to ensure Health, Safety and all aspects of building compliance are maintained at all times, allowing our schools to provide the very best educational offer and ensure that services to our children remain consistent, high quality and compliant.

We are proud that we are a single organisation with a shared responsibility for all children, and one where you will feel professionally nourished through our extensive development practice and strong wellbeing offer. Our People strategy enables us to nurture, develop and support our colleagues so that they can provide the very best for our children, and we would be happy to discuss flexible working opportunities.

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace that represents the wider communities that we serve, where everyone feels valued and a sense of belonging. If your experience looks a little different to what we’ve identified, but you’re excited about the role and feel inspired by our mission to enable every child to flourish, you may just be the right candidate and we would love to hear from you!

Our School Trust is underpinned by our four core beliefs; we are stronger together, a sense of belonging; removing barriers and realising the possible. This means that by working collectively, we can achieve our absolute best to ensure that children, especially the most vulnerable, can flourish. In short, our ethos is one of working together to Empower, Excel, Together.

We can offer you:
• The opportunity to make a profound different to children’s lives
• A culture that takes work-life balance extremely seriously for all its colleagues
• The chance to work as part of a collective in a values-led school Trust, a single organisation
• High quality professional development and regular training
