We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for a career in Sales. Under the direction of the Director of Revenue and Director of Events, you will quote and process all group reservation enquiries, taking advantage of every sales opportunity to maximise both occupancy and room rate. You will deal with group organisers' requests in a timely and professional manner, finding operational solutions to all guest challenges ensuring that the Hotel's reputation is intact, and company values are adhered to. You will take care of all group requests both pre-arrival, post-arrival, and post-departure during their stay at The Marylebone, The Kensington, and The Bloomsbury.
Role Responsibilities
1. Support Groups, Meetings & Events department by handling rooms-only requests.
2. Ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing, and overall organization, responding to all enquiries within 24 hours.
3. Prepare and send proposals and contracts.
4. Support event planning by loading and maintaining rooming lists.
5. Gather and update group information on Opera block and activities.
6. Utilise Opera activities efficiently and complete daily activities.
7. Collect due deposits adhering to billing standards and PCI compliance.
8. Prepare and complete group checklists for all stays, ensuring timely and accurate communication with operations and support departments.
