We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Dalkeith House based in Darlington, DL3 8DB.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 16 weekly

Responsibilities
Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? As a Support Worker in Extra Care you will support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. Your duties will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients’ needs.
We’re not too concerned about formal qualifications. We want qualities such as patience, a sense of humour, and a genuine joy in the little moments of life. If you can build strong relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
Prior industry experience or specific qualifications are not required. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals whose personal values align with ours.
