As a HR Coordinator, your role is pivotal in supporting the Human Resources department. You will be responsible for effectively coordinating HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, employee relations and performance management. Your tasks may also include managing HR records, scheduling appointments, and organising and participating in HR projects. With excellent communication skills, you will act as the initial point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the HR office. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
