Quality Manager Primary Objective: This role is focused on overseeing and optimising quality and technical procedures within the organisation to ensure compliance with set standards and deadlines. Lead and manage the quality assurance & technical team to effectively handle technical documentation and reports, while designing and implementing relevant systems and procedures. Oversee the activities of the QA & T Department and make recommendations regarding resource allocation. Manage compliance documentation with customers and suppliers in collaboration with the Commercial Team, including specifications, supplier assessments, and client self-assessment forms. Take charge of various quality systems and operating procedures, such as FSQM, GFMS, and HACCP manual, ensuring adherence to relevant protocols and conducting necessary reviews and audits. Provide training to team members up to Team Leader level, ensuring their proficiency in their respective roles through regular training assessments. Review and maintain quality management system records, including cleaning schedules, glass audits, and metal detector records. Supervise and support direct reports, ensuring task delegation, providing guidance, and offering performance feedback in line with company policies.
