Quality manager job description

As a Quality Manager, your main function will be to ensure that the products or services an organisation provides are fit for purpose, consistent, and meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. You'll be coordinating the activities required to meet these quality standards and monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of quality management systems (QMS), the development and execution of performance tests, the assessment of customer requirements, and ensuring that these are met. You will also play a critical role in managing and maintaining an organisation's ISO accreditation by conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions. In this role, you will be expected to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
