Site manager job description

A Site Manager, also known as a Construction Site Manager, holds a crucial role in the construction industry. This professional oversees operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that work is done safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include planning projects, organising and supervising materials and people, meeting contractors and clients, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The Site Manager also takes on the responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.
