The Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the Quality team
* Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
* Overseeing internal and external audits
* Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
* Experience leading audits and managing compliance
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
