1. Managing performance of current employees
2. Absence management reporting
3. Generating reports and data to quantify performance and skills.
4. Developing and implementing new processes to help the organisation offer a better workplace for staff.
5. Assisting with employee disciplinaries and grievances
6. Offering orientation and other aspects of new employee onboarding
7. Sitting on company committees to provide feedback and ways to improve the resources available to employees.
8. Mentoring Managers to improve their people skills.
9. Overseeing compliance requirements
10. Updating policies, procedures and staff handbook
11. Ensuring new starter inductions are completed.
12. Following up on performance concerns and disciplinary action with staff members.
13. imputing payroll on a monthly basis and dealing with payroll queries.
14. Working on bonus and pay increase budgets.
