A global leader in power test equipment is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the HR function, support operational requirements, and collaborate with departmental managers to ensure company policies and practices are upheld.
In this role you will:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Develop and implement performance management systems in conjunction with department managers to set goals, evaluate performance and feedback mechanisms
3. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
4. Implement performance management systems to set goals and evaluate employee performance
5. Assist in employee compensation and benefits programmes
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
7. Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
8. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
9. Interact with the site Director to assist in employee compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives
10. Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and update HR policies and procedures accordingly
