Your new role
As the HR Officer, you will:
1. Provide HR support on site
2. Offer advice and guidance to line management
3. Take notes in investigation meetings
4. Oversee absence management and provide data on trends
5. Support recruitment activities and system maintenance
6. Assist the payroll team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you should have:
* Experience in HR Administration or HR Assistant role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent
* Knowledge of Employment Law
