New position - Our client is a company who provide services within the Aviation industry, they are seeking someone to work within HR and support the HR Manager.
Duties will include:
* Supporting HR manager with new staff and on boarding process
* Assisting with recruitment and advertising
* Arrange training and keeping training records up to date and maintaining GDPR
* Keeping personnel files up to date
* Carrying our employment checks to CAA standards
Key Skills:
* Educated to A-level or degree level, ideally with Business studies/HR qualifications
* An interest in starting or study towards CIPD (level 3)
* Experience and knowledge of HR Systems
* Excellent high level of IT skills and ability to use different IT software and systems
* Excellent levels of accuracy and ability for managing lots of detailed data
* Naturally Inquisitive with a desire to work in HR within Aviation
You should have experience working within a HR ADMIN type of position, ideally you will have experience working within the aviation / cargo / logistics.
Working Monday to Thursday and working from home Friday
