An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and driven HR professional with a passion for the travel industry. This is a dynamic role, overseeing all HR functions across the group and playing a pivotal role in my client’s ambitious expansion plans.
As a key member of my client’s Senior Management Team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic HR plans, ensuring compliance, and managing the budget.
2. Providing regular, insightful management information reports.
3. Coaching and supporting Line Managers on employment law matters.
4. Ensuring HR documents are fully compliant and up to date with legislative changes.
5. Assessing training needs and delivery options based on individual learning styles and career goals.
6. Establishing a robust succession planning strategy aligned with company goals and individual career aspirations.
7. Supporting and driving change management while fostering a positive working culture.
8. Collaborating with payroll on staff joiners, leavers, salary increases, and sickness absences.
