As HR Manager (Head of Workforce) you will play a key leadership role in the ongoing transformation of the organisation and realise our ambitions in the delivery and development of high quality and regulatory compliant Primary Care services. You will provide expert people advice and guidance to partners, managers and staff on all workforce matters, supporting managers to build solutions in dealing with complex casework, restructures, organisational development, succession planning, performance, resourcing and employee relations issues
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer as part of the Executive Team you will be responsible for managing all employment processes, from Recruitment and Onboarding, through Employee Relations and developing Policies, to Staff Wellbeing and Pay. You will ensure that the partnership attracts, retains and develops the best workforce possible. You will provide management information to aid with workforce development, and will at all times ensure that manual and computerised data is managed within the requirements of the Data Protection Act and is GDPR compliant.
