* Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
* Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
