Job Title - Reward Lead - UK & Ireland
Location - Berkshire (hybrid)
Salary - up to £85,000 + Bonus
Dartmouth are delighted to work with an FMCG business looking to hire a Reward Lead in an exciting new role. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, you will be responsible for C&B and Shared Services across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
* Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures and salary bands aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational goals.
* Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Manage the annual salary review process, including budget allocation, performance-based merit increases, and promotions.
Flexible Benefits Administration:
* Design and administer flexible benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees while optimising cost-effectiveness for the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance the range and effectiveness of flexible benefits offerings.
* Educate employees on available benefits options and support them in making informed decisions based on their individual needs.
Shared Services Coordination:
* Work closely with HR shared services teams to ensure seamless delivery of reward-related services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
* Continuously assess and improve shared services processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in reward management within the FMCG or related industry, with specific expertise in compensation, flexible benefits, and shared services.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
