We specialise in partnering with the NHS and ICBs to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery. Our newest service, HealthHarmonie Minds, provides ADHD assessments and treatment. Since its launch, the service has grown rapidly, creating significant recruitment demand. To support this expansion, we are adding to our recruitment team with a dedicated Internal Recruiter. Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to focus primarily on sourcing and hiring for our ADHD Assessment Service, HealthHarmonie Minds. This role is central to ensuring we have the right talent in place to support a fast-growing service that is making a real difference to patients and their families. While the primary focus will be on ADHD service recruitment, you will also work across wider Medinet Group recruitment campaigns as needed. This is a hands-on, varied role, offering the opportunity to grow your recruitment expertise while contributing directly to the success of our expanding services. About the Role As an Internal Recruiter, you will: Partner with managers in the ADHD service to understand workforce requirements and design tailored recruitment campaigns. Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct approaches. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback. Build strong candidate pipelines to meet both current and future workforce needs. Support wider Medinet Group recruitment campaigns when required, ensuring flexibility and team collaboration. Represent HealthHarmonie and Medinet at careers fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. Promote our employer brand and values through all recruitment activity. What You'll Need Essential: Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency). Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of professionalism and the ability to represent the organisation positively. Desirable: Recruitment experience within healthcare, mental health, or a regulated service environment. Experience recruiting for high-growth services. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
