Post Title: Casual Line Cook Site Location: Littledown Centre, Bournemouth Salary: £12.21 per hour Contract Type: Casual The role: BH Live is recruiting for a Casual Line Cook, to join our busy team based at the Littledown Centre. If you are looking for part time hours and flexible working to suit you, this is a great opportunity to fit around your lifestyle. You will: Work as an integral part of the hospitality team, assisting with the production of food, providing high quality customer service. Prepare and assist with the production of food at the Centre. Assist the Team Leaders in delivering a high quality catering operation. Assist with the preparation of menus for both day-to-day requirements and special events. Prepare, cook and serve food in line with BH Live’s standards Ensure the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy condition, but in particular, clean and prepare all areas associated with catering facilities in accordance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations and BH Live’s Policy and Procedures Unload, check and store deliveries of food, beverages and other provisions used within the Centre. Ensuring all sections of the Food Act and General Food Regulations are complied with. You will need: Ideally, you will hold a basic Food Hygiene certificate but training can be provided.
