Role Description
We are seeking a specialist Sales Executive with a proven track record in the frozen dessert or premium dairy sector to join our team in Leeds. This is not just a general sales role; we need an expert who understands the nuances of the gelato market—from melt rates and flavor profiles to the specific needs of high‑end hospitality and retail clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the dessert industry, maintaining relationships with existing artisanal accounts, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, using your deep product knowledge to conduct professional tastings and inform our market strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify and develop new client relationships
* Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain client satisfaction
