Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, youll take ownership of quality, hygiene, and processing operations across the site. Youll also have the opportunity to step into broader operational leadership by deputising for the Production Manager when needed, giving you real variety and impact in your role.

1. Leading processing operations and supporting high-performing teams
2. Championing quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards across the site
3. Coaching and developing your team through training, reviews, and development plans
