This permanent role, based in London (5 days per week), focuses on delivering high-quality HR management and operational support. Description Oversee and manage daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with current employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the Transport & Distribution sector. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Monitor and manage HR metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all HR processes. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and morale. Collaborate with leadership to support organisational development and change management programmes. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of employee data and HR activities.Profile A successful HR Operations Manager should have: Proven expertise in HR management within a fast-moving, agile sector. Would suit someone either from a standalone position or managing a lean HR function. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience in employee life-cycle management. Exceptional organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to build strong relationships and provide consultative support to managers and employees. Proficiency in HR systems and tools for data management and reporting.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum bonus.
