Learning Mentor Pay: £(Apply online only) per day Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 | Contract: Long-term with potential to go permanent Empowering Learning are seeking a Learning Mentor to join a secondary school in East London, supporting students with behaviour, SEN, SEMH and providing targeted interventions to help improve progress, engagement and development. This Learning Mentor role will involve working 1:1, running small-group interventions, offering behaviour coaching and supporting students across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You'll play a key part in improving behaviour, attendance and classroom routines so students can access their full curriculum and maintain steady progression.
