Job Title: Sales Executive (temp)
Location: Horsham
Salary: £13.46ph
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts
* Generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads
* Promote and sell agricultural products, equipment, or services to meet or exceed sales targets
* Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients to support informed purchasing decisions
* Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management
* Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and client meetings as required
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within agriculture, farming, or related industries
* Strong understanding of agricultural practices, products, or machinery (desirable)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Must be able to drive
