We are working with a specialist construction, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor, who is looking for a Site Manager for projects in the East of Scotland Region. This role will begin in January, with recruitment currently underway.

As Site Manager, you will oversee projects valued up to £2 million, ensuring quality and safety on construction sites. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing subcontractors and in-house trades
* Overseeing RAMS and conducting health & safety audits
* Ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion
* Conducting site inductions, tool box talks, and safety reviews
* Preparing weekly progress reports for stakeholders
* Leading weekly subcontractor meetings to address project progress and mitigate delays
Requirements
* Proven experience within a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driver’s license
* Valid SMSTS, Black CSCS card, and First Aid certificate
