Duties * Perform minor repairs and maintenance * Assist carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades (non-licensed work only) * Install basic fixtures and hardware * Patch, paint, and make small repairs * Move materials and equipment * Keep work areas clean and organized * Follow all site safety rules Requirements * Basic knowledge of tools and construction work * Ability to use hand and power tools safely * Physically able to lift and carry materials * Reliable and punctual * CSCS Card
