HR Administrator – Children’s Residential Home Chesterfield £13 per hour Full time | Immediate start About the Role We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a children’s residential home based in Chesterfield, supporting the day to day HR function within a regulated environment. This role is key to ensuring compliance, safer recruitment and accurate HR processes, helping the service remain organised and Ofsted ready. Key Responsibilities • Maintain employee records and HR systems • Manage safer recruitment checks including DBS, right to work and references • Support onboarding and induction processes • Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) in line with safeguarding standards • Assist with payroll, timesheets and staff data • Coordinate recruitment activity and interviews • Provide general HR administrative support • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements Requirements • Experience as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar • Knowledge of safer recruitment and compliance processes • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office Apply Now Immediate start available.
