Requirements
* Experience: 1 year in Motor Sales or Customer Service (Required).
* Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).Location: In‑person at our Hull centre.
The Package
* Earnings: £20,000 basic salary + realistic commission (OTE up to £45,000).
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week (5.5 days).
* Benefits: Company pension, staff discounts, and referral programme.
* Time Off: 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic "people person" to join our Hull team. You will guide customers through their journey, matching them with their ideal vehicle while delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

* Build Rapport: Uncover customer needs and build lasting trust.
* Expert Knowledge: Become "fluent" in Toyota’s industry‑leading products.
* Drive Sales: Manage your own diary, follow up leads, and lead test drives.
* Collaborate: Work with a team of like‑minded professionals to hit KPIs.
About You
You don’t necessarily need motor trade experience, but you must have a proven track record in a sales or customer‑focused role.
