Our Client is a main contractor who turnover close to £50m. They specialise within both the commercial refurbishment and residential sectors. Their typical projects range from £5m - £10m. We are assisting them with the hire of an internally biased Site Manager who has experience managing occupied buildings and has successfully delivered projects up to £7m. Duties will involve, managing the day to day running of the site as the number one reporting into a visiting contracts manager, in charge of health and safety, client liaison and subcontractor management. Our client run a lean permanent overhead however have freelance staff members who have been with their business for close to 10 years.
