Responsibilities
Make an impact
* Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processes
* Lead analysis of errors and defects in projects
* Drive continuous improvement across processes and products
* Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality
* Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
* Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projects
* Plan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certification
* Oversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance
* Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001-regulated environment (or equivalent)
* Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001
* Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3’s and statistical analysis
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams
* Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel)
* Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency
Desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field
* Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies
* Experience in international quality standards and regulations
* Project Management Certified (PMP)
* Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
* Familiar with Health Safety and Environmental programs and practices (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001)
