We are currently working with a privately owned developer/contractor who’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to lead a conversion scheme near Sale. This is a commercial to residential scheme and will run for circa 9 – 12 months. The developer in question is a successful but small team and need somebody capable of leading on‑site operations, driving quality and taking ownership.

Qualifications
* Experienced Site Manager
* Valid SMSTS & First Aid certification
* Confident Site Manager capable of leading a development valued to circa £3m
* A joinery background would be beneficial
