Plymouth– £100–£105 per day – Temp to Perm – Start ASAP
A specialist school in Plymouth is seeking a full-time Outdoor Learning Mentor to join their team ASAP. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30.

We support students aged 5–16 who have been excluded from mainstream education, many with EHCPs, SEMH needs, or other SEN. Our approach is different — small class sizes, 1:1 support, and a strong focus on Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC). Think beaches, woodlands, trampoline parks, aquariums — learning that re-engages students and gives them purpose.
Essential criteria
* Experience in care, youth work, sports coaching, SEN/mainstream schools, or similar
* A full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and willingness to get business insurance (45p per mile reimbursed for student transport)
* A passion for transforming lives and building strong relationships
