I am pleased to be supporting our client on the search for a HR Officer within the education sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a supportive and fast-paced environment, providing generalist HR support across multiple academy sites. Working as part of a small HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while building strong relationships with managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
* Support employee relations administration and HR processes
* Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
* Support safeguarding and safer recruitment practices
About You
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
* Previous HR experience in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience supporting ER administration
* Safeguarding knowledge or experience preferred
Additional Information
* Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm, flexibility available)
* Hybrid working (1 day from home)
* Travel required between sites
* On-site parking available
