Standalone HR Manager - Growing SME property company and part of a large parent company - Based in Kensington, West London - Paying up to £65,000 plus benefits - Hybrid working (1-2 days per week from home) A growing property company based in West London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role take a current company of 30 professionals up to 80 in the coming years. Support from the parent company HR team will be available. Duties will include: - Generalist HR support and operations - Implementing policies, procedures and cultural values - Full employee lifecycle - Implementing HR policies and procedures - Recruiting of senior level professionals - HRIS implementation support - HR Projects - Managing senior stakeholders - Implementing L&D/training and coaching environment To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience: - Standalone HR experience within an SME environment - Ideally experience within property management, professional services, financial services or similar - Generalist HR background covering full employee lifecycle - Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice - Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders
