PRS is partnering with one of the UK’s fastest growing SMEs in the technical services and facilities management sector, and we're looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a standalone role for a self-led individual who thrives on variety from leading employee relations and recruitment to delivering impactful people strategies and fostering a positive, high-performance culture across the business.
You’ll work closely with operational leaders, engineers, and the wider support team to deliver HR best practices while ensuring compliance, development, and engagement remain at the core of everything you do.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of HR, including performance, attendance, and development.
2. Leading recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with operational managers.
3. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including appraisals, probation, and succession planning.
