Site Manager
Based around the Bristol – Melksham areas

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Site Manager based in and around the Bristol/ Melksham areas.
Day to Day:
The work will involve day to day management of social housing sites in the Bristol/ Melksham areas. All site are installing renewable energy sources and require an understanding around social housing, working in tenanted properties.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. SMSTS
2. First aid certificate
3. Experience of day-to-day management of a site & subbies
4. Social housing maintenance experience desirable
5. Experience of decarbonisation projects – EWI, Air source heat pumps, Solar PV installs desirable.
6. Technical building knowledge essential
7. Previous experience of managing multiple trades on site
8. H&S, RAMs, Toolbox talk experience
