What you can expect from us:
1. Work in an experienced, agile development team and actively contribute your ideas to our Kanban or Scrum processes.
2. Develop modern, TypeScript-based frontends that set benchmarks in performance, quality and user experience.
3. Design and implement smart web applications and intuitive user interfaces togerther with your team.
4. Ensure high code quality through automated tests, from unit to end-to-end testing (Jest, Selenium/Cypress).
5. Support the automation of our business processes and help make internal testing applications more efficient.
6. Revise existing web applications or further develop them technologically and functionally.
7. Use AI-powered tools for code generation, analysis, test automation, or refactoring, and apply Spec Driven Development, Vibe Coding, and AI-assisted pair coding to accelerate and enhance development processes.
What we would like from you:
8. Qualifications: Several years of experience in developing single‑page applications (Angular/React/Vue) with state management, CSS preprocessors, modern engineering methods, and AI‑supported development workflows.
9. Expertise & Know‑How: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and confident use of Git/GitLab plus AI‑assisted development and analysis tools.
10. Personality & Working Style: Team‑oriented, structured, and growth‑driven mindset with a clean, sustainable coding approach aligned with agile principles and openness to new technologies and AI workflows.
11. Language: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
12. Nice‑to‑Have: Initial experience with TDD, design patterns, SOLID, CI/CD, distributed version control, open‑source contributions, and basic understanding of ML models or AI APIs.
