Site Manager – 12–16 Week Industrial Scheme
Hays Construction is representing a client who requires an experienced Site Manager to join their operation on a new industrial extension in Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Your new role
The role involves managing a steel frame extension to an industrial facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the project from start to finish, ensuring projects are met within time and budget while maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety.
Responsibilities
* Motivate the site team daily and deliver daily briefings.
* Ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
* Order materials, supervise subcontractors, and maintain contractual knowledge.
* Maintain a focus on health and safety protocols.
* Manage the project schedule to meet demanding deadlines.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Site Manager on commercial or groundworks schemes.
* Valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
* Strong leadership, self‑starter, and the ability to lead the team daily.
* Excellent technical experience and contractual knowledge.
* Heightened focus on quality, health & safety and budget management.
