About Our Client

Job Description
3. End-to-end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers
4. Maintaining employee information and records in People systems (HRIS, Payroll, etc.)
5. Creation (and changes to) terms and conditions letters and contracts
6. Point of contact for policy and process queries from the business
7. Manage and maintain a specific area of administration to become the team subject matter expert
8. Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, analysing data where required
9. Manage escalations and resolve complex stakeholder and team queries with support from the HR Operations Manager when required
10. Identify root cause of issues that arise and seek solutions and preventative measures
11. Work closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Advisors
12. Manage employee records and update the HR database.
13. Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new hires.
14. Coordinate HR projects and take minutes during meetings.
15. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
16. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
17. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
18. Support the HR department's day-to-day operations.
19. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Administrator should have:
20. Experience working in an HR role managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes
21. Qualification in Human Resources or a related field or working towards.
22. Practical knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
23. Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
24. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
25. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
26. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
27. Experience working in an HR role managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes
28. Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willing to be flexible to reach deadlines
29. Sound decision making skills utilising information and knowledge of HR systems and processes
30. Ability to support and influence the wider HR team whilst continuing with hand on administrative workloads
31. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
32. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
33. Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve
34. Strong team player but with the ability to work independently and with autonomy
35. Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service
