Park Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a fast-paced, growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function. This is a key leadership role within the business and an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building structure, strengthening processes and leading on employee relations. The Role Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be the main point of contact for all HR matters across the organisation. You will oversee the existing HR Administrator, with plans to expand the team further to support recruitment and onboarding activity. This is a hands-on role requiring strong operational HR experience, particularly in employee relations, alongside the ability to drive improvements across systems, policies and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR function across the business Act as the primary HR advisor to senior management Take ownership of employee relations cases and provide clear, commercially focused guidance Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes Lead the implementation of a new ATS system Manage relationships with advertising platforms and external workforce bodies Develop, maintain and improve HR templates, policies and procedures Support ISO compliance requirements in collaboration with IT Identify and coordinate annual HR and staff training needs Continuously improve HR processes in line with business growth About You Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role Strong employee relations expertise (essential) Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level Strong knowledge of employment legislation (ROI and/or NI desirable) Experience implementing HR systems or ATS platforms is advantageous Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Whats on Offer Competitive salary (£4050k or Euro equivalent) 30 days annual leave Pension scheme Additional birthday leave after 12 months service Employee Assistance Programme Opportunity to shape and lead the HR function within a growing business This role would suit an ambitious HR professional ready to take ownership of a function and make a tangible impact within a progressive organisation.
