Role: Site Manager Location: Weston
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all on-site activities and personnel
* Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
* Monitor project progress against programme and report updates
* Ensure work is completed to specification and quality standards
* Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
* Resolve site issues and manage snagging works
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation
* Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Qualifications (Preferred):
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS Card (Manager level)
* First Aid (preferred)
PAYE option – £185-200 per day
