HR Operations Manager: Workday – 4 days in the office
We’re working with a global trading organisation who are looking to appoint a highly capable HR Operations Manager to join their growing People & Technology function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves HR systems, data, and process improvement — and wants to be part of a high-performing, forward-thinking environment.
What the role involves
You’ll play a key role in supporting regional and global HR operations, with a strong focus on systems, data accuracy, reporting and workflow optimisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys the mechanics of HR operations and technology.
What we’re looking for
* Workday experience (essential). You must have hands-on experience with Workday from an HR operations perspective.
* Advanced Excel skills. Comfortable with pivot tables, lookups and complex analysis; exposure to Power Query, Power BI or Power Automate is a bonus.
* Global or regional HR Ops experience. Ideally global, but strong EMEA or APAC experience will also be considered.
* A real enthusiasm for HR technology, continuous improvement and efficient processes.
* ServiceNow experience is helpful but not essential.
