How will you make an impact?
* Lead, stabilise, and accelerate a live transformation programme, ensuring people plans align with delivery milestones and commercial priorities.
* Review, diagnose, and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction, improve efficiency, and strengthen the colleague experience.
* Coach and challenge leaders, embedding pragmatic, pace-driven people practices that stick in the operation.
* Own people data and insights, using metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, tell a clear story, and drive accountability.
* Deliver quick wins whilst establishing sustainable policies, communications, and governance frameworks.
